RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipment from our facility, on all Steel Jewelry items. 
Our Fine Jewelry Collections, Bridal, Gemstones, Watches, New Arrivals are only available for even exchange or upgrade only, within 30 days. No refunds. 
* Please note that in order for an item to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original purchase condition and in the original packaging. All product documentation, certificates, and appraisals must be included and shipped back to us within 30 days. 
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. 
*If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 407-234-0822. Please retain all packing materials unless otherwise instructed by Farrah's Fine Jewelry. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately, and will not be accepted after 3 days. Farrah's Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. 
HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Farrah's Fine Jewelry, please follow the process below:

-Select your carrier and initiate your return. If returning within 30 days, a free FedEx shipping label will be emailed to you once you have initiated your return (limit of two complimentary returns per customer, per year). If returning outside of 30 days (for resizing, cleaning, or repairs), you may return your merchandise using the carrier of your choice.

-Returns are processed on weekdays and typically entered into our system within 24 business hours of receipt. Once entered into our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance.

-Please allow 15 business days for this process to be completed.

-If you are expecting a refund, it will be refunded via check. Checks are sent via regular US Mail to the billing address on the original order (unless otherwise requested), and typically delivered within one week after the return has been processed. Orders paid through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account within two weeks. 

*Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times. If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email on the day of the outbound shipment. 

CAN I GET A PIECE PERSONALIZED?
Our goal is to deliver your piece to the highest level of expectation. We offer engraving services, as well as sizing services before you purchase your piece for an additional cost. 

*Getting a piece engraved or sized makes your purchase ineligible for return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM PIECES?
Our main love at Farrah's Fine Jewelry is the ability to create unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. I myself will work with you to get every detail just how you want it. We can draw up the design for approval and will proceed with the manufacturing process. With all of my years in the industry, I have gathered a large network giving me the ability to find all the perfect pieces for your design.
 
*All custom orders are FINAL SALES. Orders may be re-sized, but are not eligible for return. 
 
DO YOU BUY DIAMONDS?
Farrah’s Fine Jewelry buyback program allows customers to sell a loose diamond, or piece of diamond jewelry for a cash offer based on current market value. Farrah’s Fine Jewelry considers diamonds that are 0.30-carat and larger (at least one diamond in a piece of jewelry must be that size) and extends a minimum guaranteed cash offer, sight-unseen, that is issued immediately upon receipt and inspection of the diamond.

Farrah's Fine Jewelry wants your gold. We will buy any gold! We will extend an offer for your gold after the proper inspection.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call Farrah’s Fine Jewelry at 
407-234-0822. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on custom items,  special order requests, and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
